# Sky by SKAL > Sky is a Chrome extension (MV3, side panel) that turns anything you highlight > in your browser into a structured, scored lead. It works on LinkedIn, WhatsApp > Web, Instagram DMs, Gmail, Slack, Reddit, forums and any page you can select > text on. Built by SKAL. Home: https://sky.skal.ai Facts in this file were checked on 2026-09-09. The dated, quotable version of every fact here is https://sky.skal.ai/facts; how each feature works is https://sky.skal.ai/docs. - Name: Sky, in full "Sky by SKAL". Not "Sky AI" or "SkyLead". - Maker: SKAL (https://skal.ai). Contact hi@skal.ai. - Launched on the Chrome Web Store on 2026-08-07. Runs on Google Chrome on a desktop computer; there is no phone app. - Category: lead capture and follow-up for people who sell in conversations. It sits beside a CRM, not in place of one, and is not an alternative to a contact database (Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator): those sell rows about strangers, Sky works the prospect already talking to you. Sky is a capture tool, not a contact database. It does not buy, scrape or resell contact data, it has no bulk messaging and no automated sequences, and it never opens a conversation or picks a recipient. Nothing leaves the browser except the text you highlight or a page you explicitly ask Sky to read, and nothing is stored until you confirm it. Users bring no API keys. ## What it does - **Capture.** Highlight text on any page and Sky files it. When the opportunity is bigger than one highlight, a long thread or a page of profiles, Sky reads the whole page section by section. A screenshot pasted or dropped into the panel works too, which is the path for apps that fight text selection. - **Extract.** A server-side model turns the capture into a lead: name, company, role, location, need, urgency, contact details, summary, plus any custom fields you define per list. - **Score.** Each lead is rated against an ideal customer profile you write, trait by trait (roles, companies, industries, geography, pain, not-a-fit). The arithmetic is done on the server, not by the model, and every lead stores the per-trait scores behind its number. Each list can carry its own profile, so an investor is never judged against your customer profile. - **Learn.** Mark a lead Won or Lost in one tap and Sky reports which sources, lists and score bands actually close. It then proposes changes to your trait weights from your own outcomes, and offers to re-score the leads you already have. Outcomes are yours to set; Sky never infers one. - **Remember.** Every lead keeps its record: the words of each capture, every message sent, every reply and status move. When the person writes back, Sky drafts the reply from that record. It never reads a conversation on its own. - **Act.** Draft a first message or a reply that opens on what the person actually said, ask for a set or a change in a sentence (staged, applied only on confirmation), import the contacts you already have at no credit cost, export every lead to CSV or a live feed, push captures to a webhook (Zapier, Make, n8n), or push a contact and a note into HubSpot. ## Setup No API keys and no configuration. Install from the Chrome Web Store, sign in with an email one-time code, and start highlighting. Leads are private to your account, exportable and deletable at any time. ## Plans and prices The unit is a **credit**: one capture, one re-score, one draft, two for a screen region or a page section. Prices below are US dollar list prices as of 2026-09-09; checkout (Paddle, merchant of record) shows local currency and tax. - **Free** — $0, no card, no time limit. 50 credits a month. Unlimited lists and custom fields. The first five captures are scored so you can see what a paid plan sees. - **Pro** — $10 a month or $96 a year. 2,000 credits a month ($0.005 each). A fit score on every lead, trait weighting, pipeline re-scoring, Sky tuning the profile from the deals you close. - **Scale** — $30 a month or $288 a year. 7,500 credits a month ($0.004 each). Everything in Pro, plus a separate profile per list and the CRM doors: webhook, HubSpot push, a key your CRM can use to send an outcome back, and the agent (MCP) write tools. - **Max** — $100 a month or $960 a year. 30,000 credits a month ($0.0033 each). The same product again. - **Team** — arranged by email: credits to suit, unlimited if needed, and custom workflows built with you. - **Extra credits** — $10 for 1,500, bought once on any paid plan. They roll over, expire 12 months after purchase, and are spent after the plan's own. Separate from credits, a daily ceiling on AI actions (40 Free, 400 Pro, 1,000 Scale, 2,000 Max) keeps one account from crowding out the rest. A capture is charged at Save, so a discarded capture costs nothing; a deleted lead never refunds. Anything that calls no model costs no credit: finding a set, checking a company against a public register, importing your own contacts, asking Sky to do something in a sentence, a HubSpot push. Same product on every plan. ## Pages - [Home](https://sky.skal.ai/): what Sky is, how a capture works, and the FAQ. - [Facts](https://sky.skal.ai/facts): every fact about Sky in one dated sentence each, with the positions Sky takes. No commercial contact database is used. - An agent may do anything the user can put back: it cannot send, record an outcome, or delete. ## What Sky deliberately does not do - No contact database, no email finder, no scraping of people who never published. - No bulk sending, no drip sequences, no list building. - No reading of history, keystrokes or passwords, and no page is sent anywhere unless you ask for it. - One opt-in exception to propose-never-act: with Send switched on in Settings, Sky can press LinkedIn's or Slack's own Send button on a draft you have read and confirmed, in the thread you already had open, one message at a time. It is off by default. ## Contact hi@skal.ai
